HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE S.RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.41859 OF 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare action of respondent No.2 in issuing impugned notice dated 17-12-2015 for impounding passport Number K1826270 of petitioner as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of principles of natural justice and also violative of Article 21 of Constitution of India and consequently to set aside the impugned notice.

When the mater has come up for hearing, learned advocate for petitioner submitted that the suspended passport of the petitioner has been released from suspension with effect from 29-12-2015, as per the proceedings of the second respondent, therefore, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Learned counsel produced copy of the order. The said order is passed in response to letter of petitioner in reference No.SRL/303392879/15 whereunder the petitioner was informed that the suspended passport number K1826270 issued against file No.HY1071363142512 has been released from suspension with effect from 29-12-2015.

Considering the said order and also considering submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel to the disposal of this writ petition, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending, shall stand dismissed. ____________________ JUSTICE S.RAVI
