Sri K. Venu Madhav, learned counsel appearing for the appellants as well as Sri K. Jagadeeswar Reddy, learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 3 states that the matter has been compromised between the parties. The 2nd appellant filed general power of attorney executed by the 1st appellant, permitting him to look after the case on his behalf. The terms of compromise have been read over and explained to the parties, who are present before this court. AS MP No.2632 of 2015 is ordered and the appeal is therefore, disposed of in terms of the compromise. No order as to costs.
