The present Civil Revision Petitions would arise from the orders passed in I.A. No.23 of 2010 in O.S. No.109 of 2003, I.A. No.26 of 2010 in O.S. No.112 of 2003, I.A. No.25 of 2010 in O.S. No.111 of 2003, I.A. No.24 of 2010 in O.S. No.110 of 2003 and I.A. No.27 of 2010 in O.S. No.113 of 2003 respectively, on the file of V-Additional District Judge (Fast Track Court), Rangareddy District. In fact, these Civil Revision Petitions are filed questioning the stay granted by the Court below in view of the Scheme sanctioned by B.I.F.R.

Heard Mrs. Manjari S. Ganu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs. Divya Datla, learned counsel, representing Sri S. Ravi, learned Senior Counsel for respondent No.1. The learned counsel for respondent No.1 would submit that she has no opposition to allow all the Civil Revision Petitions directing the Court below to proceed with the trial.

In such an event, there is no necessity to deliberate on the controversy herein.

Accordingly, all these Civil Revision Petitions are allowed directing the Court below to dispose of the suits as expeditiously as

possible not later than eight (8) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. There shall be no order as to costs.
