Bhosale) Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file an application for interim relief in the appeal filed by him under Section 31 of the Air (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1981 before the Appellate Authority Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to file an application for interim order before the Appellate Authority in their appeal, which is already filed and pending. The Appellate Authority shall consider and decide the petitioner's application for interim order expeditiously and also expedite hearing of the appeal.
