Petitioners are working as School Assistants. They were placed under suspension by order dated 21.09.2016. Assailing the order of suspension, petitioners filed W.P.Nos.40962 & 41069 of 2016 respectively. The writ petitions were disposed of directing the District Educational Officer, Warangal (2nd respondent) therein, to complete the enquiry within four months. Petitioners now allege that instead of District Educational Officer, Warangal, conducting the enquiry and completing the same, transmitted the record to the District Educational Officer, Jangaon asking him to conduct enquiry. It is not known on what basis such averment is made in the affidavit and the relief as sought in the writ petition. No material is placed on record to show that such transmission was made.

It is also not stated as to how petitioners are affected by any such transmission. If petitioners have grievance flowing out of the directions issued by this Court in the above writ petitions, they have to avail appropriate remedies as available in law. The present writ petition is mis-conceived and is liable to be dismissed. 3.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedies as available in law. There shall be no order as to costs.
