HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT W.P.No.6872 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri R.N.Reddy, learned standing counsel.

The petitioner assails order dated 10.02.2015 as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the material available on record. The petitioner alternatively submits that though a few omissions can be pointed out here and there in the order impugned, with a view to regularize Provident Fund Contribution, he requests 15 equal monthly instalments for paying the amount determined through order dated 10.02.2015.

Sri R.N.Reddy, learned standing counsel, submits that if instalments prayed for by the petitioner is granted, the object of levying damages is lost.

Having regard to the difficulties explained by the petitioner, he is granted 10 equal monthly instalments starting from 2nd of April, 2015. If the petitioner commits default of anyone of the instalments, it is open to the respondents to pass appropriate orders. Writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
