ORDER

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "to pass an order, direction or a writ particularly in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring that the act of the respondents 2 to 4 in attempting to remove the minor by name Syed Muqeed Ali from the custody of the petitioner in the presence of interim orders granted by Addl. Family Court, Hyderabad, in I.A.No.29 of 2017 in O.P.No.22 of 2017 is highly illegal, arbitrary and amounts to colorable exercise of powers, consequently, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondents not to interfere with the petitioner's custody of the minor by name Syed Muqeed Ali in any illegal manner whatsoever, and pass any other order or orders." None appears for the petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that against the order dated 10.1.2017 passed in I.A.No.29 of 2017 in O.P.No.22 of 2017 by the Judge, Family Court, FAC Additional Family Court, CCC, Hyderabad, a Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner and the same is pending. He further submits that custody of the minor was already given to the 5th respondent. In view of pursuing alternative remedy, this Writ Petition is closed.
