The case of the petitioner is that she made application on 22-07-2014 for conducting survey of agricultural land of the petitioner to an extent of Ac.1-50 cents situated in Sy.No.129/8 of Ramachandrapuram Village, Valetivaripalem Mandal, Prakasam District and the same is not disposed of. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. In view of the above facts and circumstances of the case, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner dated 22-07-2014 in accordance with law and take action. Said exercise shall be done within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
