This second appeal is filed by the plaintiff, under Section 100 of CPC, assailing the decree and judgment dated 04.6.2012 passed in A.S.No.45 of 2011 on the file of the Additional District Court, Kovvuru, West Godavari District.

No representation on behalf of the appellant on 30.10.2018. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the appellant, even though the matter is listed under the caption, "For Dismissal". It seems that the appellant is not interest to prosecute the second appeal.

Hence, the second appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
