HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.41452 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is preferred by the petitioner seeking to declare the inaction of the respondents in disposing of the application filed by the petitioner on 29.09.2016, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. With their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

The limited grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that though he made an application before the Tahasildar to incorporate his name in online revenue records and for issuance of fair Adangal and Form-1B Certificate in respect of lands covered in RS Nos.128/1, 164/1 and 163 admeasuring Acs.3.80 Cts, Ac.1-50 Cts. and Acs.5.00 Cts respectively situated in Rajavaram Village, Koyyalagudem Mandal, West Godavari District, no action has been is taken till date.

Learned AGP would submit that the 4th respondentTahasildar may be directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, if the same is still pending consideration. Having regard to the rival submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent-Tahasildar to deal with the representation submitted by the petitioner on 29.09.2016, if the same is still pending consideration, seeking to incorporate his name in online revenue records and dispose of the

same in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and aggrieved persons, if any, as early as possible, preferably within a period of 4-6 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
