THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TR.CMP No.38 of 2015 ORDER:

1 This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC seeking to withdraw A.S.No.281 of 2011 pending on the file of XXIV Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and to transfer the same to the Court of IX Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

2 At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of a similar petition before the appropriate Court. Permission is accorded. 3 In the result, the Tr.CMP No.38 of 2015 is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him under law. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed.
