It is seen from the docket proceedings that this matter underwent number of adjournments. Even today also, there is no representation for the petitioner.

This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in registering an FIR basing on his complaint dated 25.6.2015. If the complaint is not registered, the petitioner has an efficacious remedy under Section 200 Cr.P.C. Therefore, there are no merits in the Writ Petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
