While admitting the writ petition, this Court granted interim direction on 15.07.2014 in W.P.M.P.No.24852 of 2014. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents contended that in pursuance of the interim order granted by this Court on 15.07.2014, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
