THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.44775 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings Rc.B1.3151/2016 dated 24.11.2016 issued by the second respondent suspending the authorization of the petitioner fair price shop for six months as illegal and improper. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies.

Learned Government Pleader submitted that as per the orders of the Revenue Divisional Officer, Bandar, in Rc.C.3151/2016 dated 28.04.2018, the authorization of the petitioner to run the fair price shop No.0650020 of Matlam village, Kruthivennu Mandal, Krishna District, was restored. To that effect, learned Govt. Pleader submitted the proceedings issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer.

In view of the submission made by the learned Govt.Pleader, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
