The Criminal Petition is filed under Section 4g2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short Cr.p.C.) by the petitioner/Accused to call for the record and quash the t I proceedings in C.C.No.85 of 2018 on the file of the VI Additional ) I Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent-State and perused the record.

Leamed counsel for the petitioner restricted his prayer seeking direction to the trial Court for expeditious disposal of C.C.No.85 of 2O18.

Keeping in view that the case is of the year 201g, this Court is inclined to pass the order directing the trial Court to

dispose of the case as expeditiously AS possible, preferably within six months.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
