cc_232_2016 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 19-09-2013 in W.P.No. 20120 of 2013.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Government Pleader for Assignment (T.S.) are agreed that the abovementioned order of this Court is complied with with the identification and allotment of alternative land, as directed by this Court, by the District Collector, Warangal. Learned Government Pleader has also placed before this Court letter in Rc.No. E2/4851/2012 dated 02-062016 addressed by the District Collector, Warangal, to the former to the above effect.

In the light of the above, the contempt case is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the contempt case, Application No. 163 of 2016 shall stand closed as infructuous.
