Chilukurthi Padma v. The State Of Telangana
THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.37378 of 2016 ORDER:
This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking to declare the action of the 4th respondent in interfering with day-to-day business of the petitioner and threatening for arrest of the petitioner basing on FIR No.231 of 2016, dated 06.10.2016, on the file of the 4th respondent against the petitioner basing on the complaint of the 5th respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.
Heard and perused the material available on record. The main grievance of the petitioner is that basing on the alleged complaint of the 5th respondent, the 4th respondent, in collusion with the 5th respondent, is pressurizing the petitioner for arrest. Considering the grievance of the petitioner and that the petitioner being a lady, the 4th respondent is directed to complete the investigation in FIR No.231 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible and file a final report, if any, either way in accordance with law, without arresting the petitioner.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ___________________ RAJA ELANGO,J Date: 2nd November, 2016 KL
