THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.22227 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, apart from perusing the material on record.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of its grievance, petitioner herein submitted a representation to the Deputy Commissioner, Malkajgiri-third respondent herein but no action has been taken so far.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel that, if any such representation is pending consideration before the third respondent herein, as on today, the same would be verified and appropriate action would be taken by the third respondent herein, strictly in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the third respondent herein to verify the representation, dated 15.06.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and to take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
