O R D E R

The case of the petitioners is that they are carrying on petty businesses in the area abutting Coca Cola Company Compound Wall, Moula Ali, Medchal, Malkajgiri District, for the past more than twenty years, and that the authorities of the 2nd respondent - Corporation, without following the due process of law, are threatening them to move their business from the area in question, and hence the same is illegal and arbitrary.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Heard the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development for the 1st respondent.

Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent, on instructions, while denying the allegation of the petitioners, would submit that as on today no notice has been issued to the petitioners and the petitioners have filed the writ petition on mere apprehension. Admittedly, as on today no notice has been issued to the petitioners and hence writ petition on mere apprehension is not maintainable, and same is accordingly dismissed.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
