HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 27254 of 2007 ORDER:

Mr. P. Venkateswarlu, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication, in view of the award passed by the respondents vide award No.01/2011 dated 09.09.2011 and as the petitioners have already received the compensation amount pursuant to the said award, and hence, the writ petition becomes infructuous. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall also stand closed.
