This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in Crime No.66 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Narayanaguda Police Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences under Sections 420 and 417 IPC.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition.

Permission is granted.
