This revision petition, under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, is filed by the judgment debtor assailing the order, dated 19.08.2014, of the learned Additional Senior Civil Judge, Machilipatnam, passed in E.P.No.3 of 2014 in O.S.No.178 of 2008.

There is no representation for both sides.

The Registry of the Court brings to the notice of the Court that the Execution Petition itself was disposed of on 13.11.2014. 4.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition.

In the result, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
