THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.23586 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:- "to issue an order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring the action of the respondent no.2 in not passing any considering the representation of the petitioner dated 23.6.2017 for restoring her name in the Municipal records i.e Tax assessment register and ownership register in regarding the property of the petitioner bearing Municipal number 1-1-156 situated at Main Road, Metpally proper and Mandal, Karimnagar District and illegally deleting the name of the petitioner and entering the name of the respondent no.

3, in the said records, without there being any transfer of the same by the petitioner, but arbitrary, illegal, null and void and violative of principles of natural justice and also violative of Articles 14, 19, 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and also contrary to the said Rules. Consequently direct the respondent no.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.6.2017 and restore the name of the petitioner in the Municipal records i.e Tax assessment register and ownership register in regarding the property of the petitioner bearing Municipal number 1-1-156 situated at Main Road, Metpally proper and Mandal, Karimnagar District."

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner requested the Court to direct respondent No.2 herein to consider the representation, dated 21.06.2017, of the petitioner, which was

received by respondent No.2 on 23.06.2017, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the grievance of the petitioner, without going into the merits of the case, respondent No.2 is hereby directed to consider the representation, dated 21.06.2017, of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
