HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT WRIT PETITION No.11254 of 2014 ORDER:

Vide the present petition, the petitioners seek a direction to restrain the respondents from proceeding with the proposed road widening, from HCU Depot to Botanical garden cross roads, Kothaguda, Sriram Nagar Colony, Kondapur Village, Serilingampally Circle, GHMC, Ranga Reddy District, without paying compensation and without following due process of law in respect of part of eastern plot bearing No.8 (Type-A) and part of western plot bearing No.8 (Type-A) in Sy.No.206 respectively.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) submits that the petitioners shall not be dispossessed without following due process of law. Keeping in view the averments in the Writ Petition and the submissions of the learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, I hereby direct the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners without following due process of law.

In view of the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
