HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION NO.3370 OF 2015 ORDER:

Petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents particularly 3rd respondent-Joint Collector & Additional Director, e-Seva, Mahabubnagar District, in not considering his representation dated 05.01.2015 and in not allotting Permanent Enrolment Centre (PEC) at Manapadu Mandal Head Quarters, Mahabubnagar District, in place of 6th respondent, whose operation of Aadhaar Enable Service Centre was terminated on action of certain irregularities. The grievance as projected before this Court is that the petitioner is qualified and eligible to be appointed as operator of Permanent Enrolment Centre and as a vacancy arouse on account of the 6th respondent's licence having been terminated due to certain omissions and commissions, petitioner made a representation dated 05.01.2015 to the 3rd respondent with a request to consider his candidature for appointment of the same either on permanent basis or on temporary basis. However, the 3rd respondent is not considering his representation dated 05.01.2015. Hence, the Writ Petition.

The learned Government Pleader for Information and Technology (Telangana) appearing on behalf of the 1st and 2nd respondents, on instructions placed on record that in place of the 6th respondent by proceedings dated 07.03.2015 one Sri Pawan Kumar, Aadhaar Operator has been appointed and he has been successfully running the centre.

In the light of the above submission, there is no Mandamus as such can be issued in this case. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall also stand closed.
