This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. seeking to withdraw M.O.P.No.23 of 2018 from the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge at Rajampet, Kadapa District, and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court/District Court at Ananthapur, Ananthapur District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the transfer petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law including filing of a fresh petition. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
