When this matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, while producing letter dated 17-6-2017, issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Jammikunta Police Station, Karimnagar District, would submit that in Cr.No.145 of 2013 of Jammikunta Police Station, investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed and case was registered as C.C.No.741 of 2013 on the file of A..J.F.C.M. Huzurabad (new C.C.No.378 of 2015) and prayed that this Criminal Petition may be dismissed as infructuous. Learned counsel for the petitioner present and reported no objection.

In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructous. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
