THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD CRP. No.2725 of 2019 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that aggrieved by the orders passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sanga Reddy Division at Sangareddy on 04.11.2019, the petitioner has preferred a Revision before the Joint Collector and the same is pending.

In view of the same, this Court is of the opinion that adjudication of Revenue Divisional Officer is not proper and the same shall be considered by the Joint Collector and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of one week, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
