HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Petitioners claim that they are the absolute owners and possessors of the land to an extent of Ac.0.245 guntas each in Sy.Nos.400/E/2/2, 400/E/2/1, and Ac.0.33 guntas each in Sy.Nos.400/A/9/2 and 400/A/9/1 of Desarajupally village, Ramadugu Mandal, Karimnagar District. Petitioners were issued pattadar pass books and title deeds and their names were also mutated in the revenue records. While so, the neighbouring land owners are frequently disturbing the possession of the lands of petitioners on the ground that boundaries are not fixed properly. In order to resolve the issue, petitioners made application on 08.06.2019 in F-Line mode through online web portal requesting to conduct survey. Alleging inaction on the said application, this Writ Petition is filed.

TS-Online receipt is enclosed as Ex.P1 at page no.9. Having regard to the same, without entering into merits of the claim of petitioners, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the Tahsildar (2nd respondent) to consider the application for mutation made by the petitioners and take appropriate decision as warranted by law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
