THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO AND THE HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE ANIS CONTEMPT CASE No.1844 of 2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) Learned Government Pleader for Services, who has received instructions in the matter, would submit that pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 15.09.2015 the petitioner is not disturbed from the place where he is presently working. But however, in the counselling process, the vacancy is shown as if it would become available after three (3) months, in as much as in the prayer sought for in the W.P.M.P., the petitioner only sought for continuance at the present place for a period of three (3) months. Hence, we do not consider that the conduct of the respondent is any way falling foul of the interim direction granted by us on 15.09.2015. Therefore, it is not a fit case for initiating contempt of court action against the respondent.

Accordingly, the contempt case is dismissed. No order as to cost. The miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand closed. _______________________________________ JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO ________________ JUSTICE ANIS 30.09.2015 Note: Issue C.C. today.
