HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.17242 OF 2017 ORDER:

The present Writ Petition is filed questioning G.O. Ms. No.100, Home (General.A.1) Department, dated 26.04.2013. Sri V. Lakshman Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, brought to the notice of this Court that the issue involved in the present writ petition was already adjudicated in a batch of Writ Petitions in W.P. No.19046 of 2014 vide common order dated 31.10.2016, and the present matter is squarely covered by the said common order.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home (Andhra Pradesh) fairly submits that the present matter is covered by the said common order.

Recording the above submission, the present Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the common order dated 31.10.2016 passed in W.P. No.19046 of 2014 and batch. The said common order shall form part of the record. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Writ petition shall stand closed.
