HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA C.R.P.No.3908 OF 2015 ORDER:

The present revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 24.08.2015, passed in C.M.A.No.21 of 2015 on the file of learned IV Additional District Judge, Kakinada.

2. C.M.A.No.21 of 2015 is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 26.02.2015, passed in I.A.No.64 of 2015 in O.S.No.24 of 2015 on the file of learned I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kakinada. By the impugned order, dated 24.08.2015, the learned IV Additional District Judge dismissed the C.M.A.

3. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the main suit in O.S.No.24 of 2015 was dismissed for default on 04.07.2017.

4. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

5. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous, however, with liberty to the petitioners to revive the request, in case, the said O.S. is restored to file.
