Petitioner claims that he is presently working as Senior Assistant and is eligible to be appointed by transfer as Executive Officer. According to the petitioner though he is senior most and several others who are far juniors to him got appointed as Executive Officers in other temples, his claim is not considered, even though he made representations. According to the petitioner on 22.04.2016 a representation was submitted to consider his entitlement for promotion and a reminder was made on 10.02.2017. A copy of the representation dated 10.02.2017 is enclosed as Ex.P.1.

When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Government pleader represents that since representation is made and the same is pending consideration, the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to pass orders on the said representation within a fixed time frame.

Having regard to the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Commissioner of Endowments, Boggulakunta, Abids, Hyderabad (2nd respondent) to pass orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner by assigning reasons in support of his decision and communicate the same to the petitioner. A decision to this effect shall be taken and

communicated to the petitioner within a period of ten (10) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
