Permission is accorded.

Hence, C.R.P.M.P.No. 1675 of 2009 is allowed. Consequently, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as having been withdrawn. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
