Learned counsel for the appellants, on the instructions of the appellants, also addressed a letter, dated 01.02.2018, to the Registrar (Judicial) seeking permission to withdraw the present appeal, as the matter is settled out of Court.

Permission is granted.

Hence, ASMP.No.3212 of 2017 is ordered and the present Appeal Suit is dismissed as withdrawn.
