HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.28149 OF 2010 ORDER:

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in issuing proceedings No.G2/16538/2010, dated 04.11.2010, appointing the respondents 5 to 9 as Non-Hereditary Trust Board of 10th respondent-Temple, Vadali Village, Mudinepally Mandal, Krishna District, for a period of 2 years, as illegal and arbitrary.

No interim order was granted by this Court at the time of admission of the writ petition.

By afflux of time, the term of the respondents 5 to 9, i.e., 2 years has expired. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
