The petitioner, in this writ petition, assails the action of the 3rd respondent in suspending her, by proceedings dated 31‐07‐2017. The petitioner was also issued with show cause notice as to why disciplinary action should not be initiated against her for the lapses in discharging her duties as Field Assistant. Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that though the petitioner submitted her explanation to the impugned order and as also to the show cause notice on 11‐08‐2017, no orders have been passed by the 3rd respondent.

Learned standing counsel for 3rd respondent, on the other hand, submits that since the petitioner has already submitted her explanation to the show cause notice, the respondent‐competent authority would consider the same and pass appropriate orders. In the circumstances, without going into the merits of the matter and expressing any opinion thereon, suffice it direct the 3rd respondent to consider explanation submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case shall also stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________ A.
