Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents.

Both the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue agreed that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is covered by the order in W.P.No.9177 of 2016.

Therefore for the reasons alike, this Writ Petition is disposed of and the impugned refusal order No.8 of 2016 dt.06-02-2016 passed by 3rd respondent in relation to Pending Document No.139 of 2014 is set aside; the petitioner is directed to resubmit the document earlier submitted (pending Document No.139 of 2014) to the 3rd respondent;

and the 3rd respondent is directed to reconsider the issue in the light of the judgment rendered by this Court in District Collector, Anantapur District Vs. M.Sadasiva Reddy[1] and communicate his decision to petitioner within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
