The present writ petition is filed to declare the action of the third respondent in not registering FIR against the fourth respondent and others, in spite of receipt of the written complaints made by the petitioner on 28.03.2019 and 03.08.2019, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 22.11.2019, which is placed on record of this Court, would submit that based on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 28.03.2019, the third respondent made a General Diary entry. During the course of enquiry, when it is revealed that the complaint relates to matrimonial dispute, the third respondent conducted counselling to both parties and they have agreed to live together and requested the third respondent not to take any legal action, and therefore, he closed the said complaint. Informing the same, a notice was sent to the petitioner, on 12.04.2019, by DTDC courier. Similarly, in so far as the complaint made by the petitioner on 03.08.2019 is concerned, a notice, dated 09.08.2019, as regards the closure of the complaint, was also sent to the petitioner. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no such notice is received by the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home has handed over copies of the notices, dated 12.04.2019 and dated 09.08.2019, to the learned counsel for the petitioner in the Court, today. 6.
Since the third respondent has already issued the notices informing the petitioner of the action taken on his complaints, no further orders need be passed in the writ petition and it is open for the petitioner to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

The writ petition is accordingly closed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
