1 This petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 12.08.2015 passed in I.A.No.1092 of 2014 in O.P.No.26 of 2014 on the file of the Court of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Mancherial Adilabad District.

2 At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the revision petition with a liberty to file a petition to set aside the ex parte order passed in the above I.A. before the trial Court. Permission accorded. 3 In the result, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, granting the liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.
