It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication as the 4th respondent has terminated the contract and the said termination is communicated to the petitioner subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition and seeks liberty to question the same.

Granting liberty as sought for, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
