THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.11433 of 2016 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge, East Godavari District at Rajahmundry, while ordering release of the vehicle bearing registration No.AP-05TC-1755 in his favour, has imposed a condition to furnish a bond for Rs.8,00,000/- with two sureties for a like sum each and also imposed other conditions.

It is submitted that the petitioner is a poor person who has purchased the vehicle under Hire Purchase Scheme and he is not in a position to furnish a bond for Rs.8,00,000/- Keeping in view of the above facts, the order of the Court below, dated 25.04.2016 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall furnish a bond for Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees five lakh only) with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Court below. The rest of the conditions as imposed by the Court below shall stand maintained.

The Criminal Petition is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
