CVNR, J & MSKJ, J WP 28771/2017 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) Feeling aggrieved by proceedings dt.15.4.2015 of respondent No.2, confirming order dt.23.6.2003 of respondent No.3, imposing on the petitioner the penalty of withholding of one increment with cumulative effect, the petitioner has filed O.A. No.5545 of 2015 before the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, at Hyderabad (hereinafter referred to as "the Tribunal"). The Tribunal by order dt.29.09.2015 has dismissed the O.A. on the ground of pendency of a revision filed by the petitioner before respondent No.1. Aggrieved by the aforesaid said order of the Tribunal, the petitioner filed this writ petition. At the hearing, Mr. B. Thimothi, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that while his client has no grievance against dismissal of the O.A.

, he is, however, aggrieved by non-consideration of his request made by way of a miscellaneous application for a direction to respondent No.1 to dispose of the revision petition. The learned Government Pleader for Services (AP) submitted that she has no objection, if a direction is issued to respondent No.1 to dispose of the revision petition expeditiously.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of without interfering with the order of the Tribunal and with the direction to respondent No.1 to dispose of the revision petition filed by the petitioner against the aforementioned orders within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order, after notice to the petitioner.
