This petition is filed under Sections 437 and 439 Cr.P.C. by the petitioner/accused No.6 seeking bail in Crime No.330 of 2017 on the file of the Station House Officer, Jangaon Police Station, Warangal District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 406, 409, 420 IPC, Section 7 of ECA, 3 read with 7 read with 17(E & A) of T.S.Public Distribution (Control) Oder, 2016. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is granted. 3.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
