ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.7 of 2017 of Maheswaram Police Station, Rachakonda District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 506 read with Section 34 IPC, against the petitioners/A3 to A5, on various grounds.

During hearing, learned counsel for the second respondent Sri M.A.K.Mukheed, submitted that the entire investigation is completed and charge sheet is filed as no interim order was passed by this Court and the case is registered as C.C.No.114 of 2018 on the file of XXVI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Maheshwaram.

In view of filing of the charge sheet and registration of the case as C.C.No.114 of 2018 on the file of XXVI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Maheshwaram, the criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file appropriate application challenging the charge sheet.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand dismissed.
