Learned counsel for petitioner does not press the impugned prayer having regard to the relief the petitioner has got through interim order dated 01.04.2003 and the payment made by respondents and requests the Court to permit the petitioner to represent to the respondents firstly for determination of the amount payable by petitioner to respondents, secondly adjust from the amount payable to petitioner by respondents and thirdly if any amount still is to be paid, the same may be paid to petitioner within a reasonable period.
Learned standing counsel submits that the respondents have no objection to receive the representation and examine the request of the petitioner.
The statements are placed on record. The writ petition is disposed of by this order:
The petitioner is given liberty to represent to respondents for payment of amount under different heads to him within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondents are directed to first determine the amount payable by the petitioner to respondent company, adjust the amount from the amount payable by respondents to the petitioner and pay the balance amount, if any, within eight weeks without fail thereafter.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
