THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.10751 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A.2 in C.C.No.408 of 2015 on the file of the XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail the remedies available to her under law including filing of petition to recall the Non-Bailable Warrant issued against her. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to her under law including filing of petition to recall the Non-Bailable Warrant issued against her. The trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the petition, if any, filed by the petitioner under Section 70(2) Cr.P.C. on the same day.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
