Vide present petition, the petitioner seeks a direction, thereby to enlarge him on bail in Cr.No.68 of 2016 of PS Chinturu, East Godavari District District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) read with 20(b)(ii)(b) of NDPS Act.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the State. For the same relief, earlier the petitioner filed Crl.P.No.15807 of 2016 and the same was dismissed on 10.11.2016. However, there is no change of circumstances and hence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
