THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.388 of 2014 ORDER:

This civil revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, by the unsuccessful petitioner-plaintiff is directed against the order, dated 13.06.2013, of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Rajahmundry, passed in IA.no.2021 of 2012 in OS.no.309 of 2009.

When the revision is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of the Court that the Office of the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Rajahmundry, telephonically informed the Registry that the afore-said suit itself was dismissed for default on 04.12.2014 and that no restoration petition was filed. In that view of the matter, this Court is of the considered view that no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the CRP shall stand closed. ____________________ M.SEETHARAMA MURTI, J 11.08.2017 Vjl
