This writ petition is filed seeking Mandamus declaring the investigation of the 4th respondent in Crime No.754 of 2019 as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard Sri V.Ganesh Bhujanga Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive, as the petitioner has initiated separate proceedings under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Having regard to the above said submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
